A song about being careful what you wish for.

Sang this with a sore throat which I thought actually gave it a “rock edge” to the vocal. I pictured John Cougar Mellancamp doing this when I wrote and recorded it onto my trusty 4 track cassette recorder in 1986.

There’s a much better version hiding around somewhere in my cassette library but I gave up digging for it. Sorry.
